Description:

Wanting to learn the Artful Log Cabin technique by Katie Pasquini Masopust, I decided to make a quilt of an improv quilt I had made earlier. I took a photo of a small section of that improv quilt, and turned it into this Artful Log Cabin version you see here. I played with the grid, so my blocks would show more energy, and the colors would be radiating in different directions. I loved this process, and hope to make another someday.
