Located up in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania, Joan is an avid sewer, quilter and handbag maker. She designed tools for her own workroom that solved construction problems and gave more professional results. Her handbag construction and quilting students loved her tools, and Bucklebee Toolbox was born–a spinoff of her pattern company Bucklebee Bags.
