Description:

Inspired by a photo by Doug Clement (used with permission). Lulu the cat sits in an Autumn forest scene she was composed using fused raw-edge applique and thread-painted. The background includes couched yarns as moss, 3-D maple leaves and tulle for shading. The piece is free-motion quilted.
